Would you rather serve Nigeria or like others say, not waste your time?
Raymond chose to serve Nigeria for one whole year and although everything wasn’t rosy and peachy, he made the best out of his life in Jos and grew new wings to fly through life!
“I’m usually not so carefree outside of my closest circle because I fear that society would never accept my abnormal characteristics. I fear that people are constantly judging me and it makes me constantly nervous.
Lately though, I’ve been making conscious effort to always be my weirdest self in the open and be proud of it.
Despite being only 17 when she started out, Wadi Ben-Hirki founded a foundation, stepped in to help many children who had been internally displaced by war, help women who had been marginalized, and help youths in Northern Nigeria who needed to gain entrepreneurial skills to fend for themselves.
It’s so hard to say no to people without feeling bad! But when you have clarity of purpose and know what you want, you become laser focused you can easily say no without feeling guilty.
Here are a few tips to help you sacrifice and prioritize your activities and here’s also one of the best advises I’ve ever received from a friend.
