Remember the value humility brings, says Alli Ajagbe

In commemoration of the International Youth Day and the 10th Anniversary of iKapture’s flagship youth project, YLEAD, 25 young changemakers from across Africa were selected for the 25 under 25 Young Leaders award due to their great contributions in their communities and to the UN SDGs. Alli is one of the young, exemplary leaders.

“I am a young tech enthusiast passionate about finding spaces where I am able to utilize my tech skills for community development.” – Alli Ajagbe

On who inspires Alli to be the best

“My mother. I regularly reflect on the sacrifices she has made to contribute to my personal development. Despite not having an enviable level of education, her happiness stems from seeing me winning.”

And on his advice to his future self, Alli Ajagbe also mentions that,

“I have always known you’d do great. Remember the value humility brings. I want you to reflect on this day and be happy you wrote this advice.”

Indeed pride goes before a fall, not humility. If you loved reading about Alli Ajabge, follow Alli on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
