Ainesis Dear Dancer 1-2: Understand your body and eat well

News, Voices

Through the month of June to July, Ainesis will be sharing insights on how to live healthy and enhance  effectiveness as a dancer.

Knowledge is power.
Ignorance is a disease.
Join them this month and feel free to ask questions too.

If you are a dance enthusiast, seize this opportunity to share this to all the dancers in your circle. Watch the highlights below and get the first two lessons as well.

Lesson 1: Understand your body

Dance is a physical activity that engages the body, mind and soul of the individual. Apart from staying in shape, making a deliberate effort to lead a healthy lifestyle cannot be overemphasized. Click to watch the video below for more information.

Lesson 2: Eat healthy

As dancers, your diet goes hand in hand with how you look, how you feel and how you perform. Eating healthy is about having a combination of a balanced meal as often as possible. Therefore eat more natural food than processed food. This is only possible if one is deliberate!
